The Challenge:
Russell’s wanted to attract a younger, Gen Z audience while maintaining their loyal 40–60 customer base. Their existing branding leaned traditional and wasn’t fully resonating with younger customers on social media or in-store (physical) brand assets.
Creative Approach:
I developed a refreshed creative approach that balanced approachability and nostalgia with Gen Z–friendly visuals and content. Through short form social media content videos, photography, menu redesigns, and printed materials, I modernized the brand’s look and voice while keeping its core identity intact, approaching Russell’s branding to feel more relevant, shareable, and engaging to a younger audience.
